Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate early intervention services for infants and toddlers in Richland County, SC. You will work with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to develop functional IFSP goals and ensure timely service delivery.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience with young children with disabilities. Travel within the territory may be required. TECS office oversight applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed areas.
• At least one year of documented experience working with infants and toddlers OR working with children ages birth to 5 years with disabilities.
• Must submit an application to the TECS office and meet requirements for the SC Infant-Toddler Credential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a minimum caseload of 35 clients/families (if full-time).
• Establishes professional relationships with families based on trust and respect.
• Functions as a member of the child’s interdisciplinary team and consults with other professionals.
• Facilitates the early intervention process and develops IFSP goals/outcomes.
• Monitors and evaluates the IFSP per IDEA Part C and BabyNet timelines.
• Provides families with information on local and national resources.
• Assists families in accessing health care and community services.
• Acts as transition coordinator for the family and coordinates transition to Part B.
