Job summary

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will conduct weekly in-person visits, assess progress, and work closely with families and the Service Coordinator to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and successful Live Scan background clearance.

• Pass Live Scan fingerprinting and background check.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development.
• Maintain confidential client records and log contacts with families and Service Coordinators.

The Early Intervention Specialist provides in-home services to the families of infants and toddlers (0 to age 3) who have developmental delays. Caseload is built up gradually depending on referrals and your schedule. Pay DOE $20-$28 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide one-on-one intervention, maintaining weekly in-person visits to provide complete early intervention services; schedule with the families
• Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
• Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development, for each individual child utilizing best practices.
• Maintain confidential client records/files. Log all phone and face-to-face contacts with the family and their Service Coordinator

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Hold a valid driver's License with a good driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
