Compass Center, Inc. in Iowa is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to provide in-home services to infants and toddlers (0 to age 3) with developmental delays.

Caseload grows with referrals and your schedule; pay is $20-$28 per billable hour plus paid drive time and mileage, with 401K eligibility. You will deliver one-on-one intervention, administer assessments, and design activities across language, cognitive, motor, sensory, self-help, and social-emotional domains, while maintaining

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Hold a valid driver's License with a good driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
• Pass complete Live Scan fingerprinting and background check procedure

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one intervention, maintaining weekly in-person visits to provide complete early intervention services; schedule with the families
• Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
• Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development, for each individual child utilizing best practices.
• Maintain confidential client records/files. Log all phone and face-to-face contacts with the family and their Service Coordinator

The Early Intervention Specialist provides in-home services to the families of infants and toddlers (0 to age 3) who have developmental delays. Caseload is built up gradually depending on referrals and your schedule. Pay DOE $20-$28 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
