Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Early Childhood Specialist I to join a transdisciplinary early intervention team in Fresno, CA. You will serve as the primary provider for infants and toddlers with disabilities, guiding services in natural environments and coordinating with families to meet IFSP goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Special Education (CA Credential preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with young children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or related field.
• California Ed Specialist Credential preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with infants/young children and families.
• Knowledge of Early Start statutes and child development concepts.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines and with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to infants and toddlers in natural, inclusive environments.
• Maintain minimum 45% productivity within a 40-hour work week.
• Prepare written and oral reports integrating findings for IFSP goals.
• Collaborate with family, staff, and other professionals to link evaluation to intervention planning.
• Coach Early Intervention Assistants to support services in the IFSP.
