Qualifications

• Less than one year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver at least 1½ hours of home visits each week.
• Conduct Family Play Day experiences.
• Assist families in setting goals based on assessments.
• Provide necessary developmental screenings and evaluations.
• Maintain attendance records and submit reports.
• Help families access community resources.
