Day & Employment Services is looking for a Shared Living Provider in Perrysburg, Ohio, to support individuals with developmental disabilities from home. This full-time position offers a stipend between $100 and $150 per day. Responsibilities include providing direct care, supervising, and assisting individuals, while qualifications require at least a high school diploma and reliable transportation. Flexible hours and required training in CPR and First Aid are provided to ensure the safety and needs of those served are met.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance are needed.
• Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
