Therapy 2000 seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric therapy in home-based settings across Texas. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care to support children in their familiar environments.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment, coordinate with caregivers and healthcare providers, and ensure timely documentation while traveling between patient visits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• 3+ years experience as a pediatric SLP is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
• Coordinate care with other providers in the patient’s network.
• Meet weekly visit targets and complete chart updates and documentation.
