Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Newton, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills; flexible, part-time hours with BCBA supervision.

We welcome compassionate, dedicated individuals who can travel to clients as needed and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children who have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; ability to travel up to one hour from residence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment under BCBA supervision.
• Implement specific treatment plans to address behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Collaborate with families to support client progress.
