Strive ABA Therapy in Brockton, MA seeks Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with ASD under supervision.
• Implement specific treatment plans for behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to support client progress.
