Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, assisting with treatment plans and data collection.

Flexible part-time hours include evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable service, and collaboration with families and clinicians to support children with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental delays preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
