Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing one-on-one ABA services to children from birth to 21 in home-based settings. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team and support BCBA-led treatment.

You will work in clients' homes, implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors. Flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience working with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically keep pace with children aged 2-15 during sessions; may involve lifting 25+ pounds.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
