Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our home-based treatment team in New Jersey. You will work 1-1 with children aged 2-15 under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized plans in clients' homes.

Flexible evening hours and paid training ensure you gain confidence while contributing to meaningful outcomes for families affected by autism. Prior experience helpful; transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute to locations.
• Confidentiality of client information in line with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families with training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions as children move.
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 330pm-530pm.
