Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our home-based treatment team in New Jersey. You will support BCBA-designed plans by delivering 1-1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-15 in their homes. This part-time role offers Monday through Friday 4pm–6pm with paid training, flexible evening hours, and opportunities for growth.

Strong communication with families is essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and report progress data on individualized plans.
• Train families to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with scheduling and client safety during sessions.
