Job summary

Proud Moments is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for 1-1 treatment in clients' homes in New Jersey. The role offers flexible part-time, evening/after-school hours, with paid training and supportive supervision.

You will collaborate with BCBA to implement plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families. This is a rewarding, team-oriented environment focused on helping children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with children and families.
• Ability to follow treatment plans.
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced home setting.
• Willingness to learn ABA basics.
• Confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with safety and activity needs during sessions.
