Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this home-based role, you will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans.

You will contribute to data collection, communicate with families, and participate in training. We offer flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to home-based locations.
• HIPAA awareness and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in the home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report it to the BCBA.
• Support families in applying treatment plans at home.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Engage children with engaging, age-appropriate activities.
