Succeed ABA is hiring BCBA professionals to support children on the autism spectrum across in-home, school, and community settings. Join a supportive team with flexible caseloads and a competitive pay structure, including a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus and weekly pay.

We prioritize balance, growth, and collaborative clinical leadership. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with emphasis on quality care and clinician satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
