Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Home-Based Acute Care Occupational Therapist to deliver inpatient-level therapy in patients' homes across Everett, WA. You will assess, plan, implement, and discharge, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence.

Requirements include a OT degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and an active OT license, with preferred one year home care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience with adults in a home care setting preferred.
• Current, unencumbered OT license required; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive therapy services including assessment, intervention, care planning, implementation, and discharge planning.
• Evaluate physical, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual functions for safe home functioning.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Refer to medical, social, and emotional support as needed.
