Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across the New York area. You will work alongside BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect progress data in a fast-paced, family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with families and clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Assist with physical activities required during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds etc.).
• Execute additional tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
