Job summary

Nekton Autism in New York is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs to deliver 1-1 ABA in home settings. This flexible, part-time role offers evenings/afternoons with potential guaranteed hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors. 1+ year ABA experience, reliable transport, and willingness to learn are required; RBT is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening; weekends a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Passion for working with clients using ABA.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
