Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join a home-based team in Oneida, NY. This role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clients' homes, typically Tuesday–Friday afternoons.

Training is provided and compensation is competitive; part-time, evenings and flexible hours are available to fit family needs. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children, with good communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients and families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage and assist children aged 2–15 during sessions.
