Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. You will help implement individualized plans and collect progress data for children ages 2–21.

Responsibilities include training families, staying responsive to needs, and maintaining clear communications with families and supervisors. Flexible evenings and weekend hours offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is a plus; training provided.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality understanding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home implementing plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Assist families in training on plan implementation.
• Respond to client/family/supervisor needs with clear communication.
• Assist with other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
