Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the bustling season, assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized for peak shopping times.

You will join a collaborative team, deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment, and adapt quickly while maintaining safety and presentation standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds with proper technique.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store as needed.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards and procedures.
