Job summary

Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the busiest shopping season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized and ready for peak season.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and move throughout the store.
• Able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to be easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
