Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support our store during the busy holiday season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for peak shopping hours.

Join a fast-paced team, provide friendly service, learn product knowledge, and help meet store goals while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Receive, stock, ticket, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and presentation on the sales floor.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and follow company policies and procedures.
