Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to assist customers, process sales, and keep the store organized during the busy season. You’ll stock, greet guests, and support fulfillment while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

The role requires reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the option to learn across departments and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds with proper technique.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
