Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support our store during the peak shopping season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, stock merchandise, and keep the presentation inviting and organized for busy days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store during shifts.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and checkout area.
• Collaborate with teammates and support the store as needed.
• Follow all company policies and safety standards.
