Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support stores during the busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, stock merchandise, and keep the store organized for peak shopping.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, deliver friendly service, and help drive sales with product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with product selection and gift ideas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
