Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our Short Hills store for the holiday season. You will welcome clients, connect them with the right associates, and assist with store operations to ensure standout customer experiences.

The role encompasses assisting with services like alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and package delivery, while supporting BOPIS and curbside pickup in collaboration with store teams. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with appropriate associates based on their needs.
• Work in different areas of the store based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Connect customers with managers to resolve escalated issues and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and package delivery.
