Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support the store's selling team and enhance the client experience during the holiday season. You will welcome clients, identify their service needs, and provide support across store departments.

You will connect clients with the right associate, handle POS transactions, assist with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences, and escalate issues to managers when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-centric experience.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Serve in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on client requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with operations and management teams.
• Connect clients with managers to resolve escalated issues and introduce relevant services.
