Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-focused role with ability to sell products/services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments and connect them with the right associate.
• Support store areas and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Respond to customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Assist with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.
