Job summary

You will support POS transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences. Respond to client requests and escalate issues as needed, while introducing related services and helping with carry-out or delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role with sales ability.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at entrances and departments, linking them with the right associates.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Respond to client requests and escalate issues to store management as needed.
