Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate in Beverly Hills to support an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. The role welcomes clients, connects them with the right associates, and assists across store departments based on business needs.

You will help with POS transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other services, while following up on requests and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with associates based on their needs.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store services.
• Follow up on customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Work across different store areas and help enhance the client experience.
