Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to boost the client experience by warmly welcoming customers and pairing them with the right associates. The role supports store teams during peak seasons and reports to a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include guiding clients, handling POS transactions, resolving escalations, and assisting with BOPIS and curbside services in collaboration with store teams.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs
• Work in different store areas based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions
• Address escalated issues by connecting customers with management and follow up on customer requests
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams
