Responsibilities

• Greet clients at entrances and departments and connect them to the right associates.
• Assist with POS transactions and work across store areas as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences with store teams.
• Introduce clients to services and help with carry-out or delivery.
