Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help manage merchandise flow, inventory tasks, and price changes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound merchandise, preparing outbound shipments, performing daily inventory control, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and other work areas.
