Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support the shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain clean, organized, merchandised areas per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented.
• Help the store team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and courteously, escalating to a store keyholder if needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and adhere to safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
