Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring order and presentation.
• Help the store meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
