Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance while upholding GameStop’s Circle of Life approach to buy, sell, trade and reservations.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, assist with merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and assist guests with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and merchandising during peak season.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and restock merchandise as needed.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
