Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods, delivering outstanding guest service in a high-energy, sales-focused environment that uses the Circle of Life model. You will help with sales, store maintenance, inventory, and customer support, ensuring a clean, well-merchandised selling floor and welcoming experience for every guest this holiday season.

Must be at least 18, available on peak days, and able to stand for long periods while assisting

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for welcoming guests.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain visual merchandising during peak season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep restrooms and store areas clean and organized.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance and confidentiality.
