Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the store environment, visual merchandising, and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and stocking restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring items are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and confidentiality requirements.
