Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service activities while promoting the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

The role requires a friendly, energetic demeanor, strong guest service skills, and availability for peak seasonal days. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support store environment, merchandise, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues as needed.
• Follow store policies, maintain attendance, dress and grooming standards.
