Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with associates based on their service needs.
• Work across store areas as business needs require and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Address escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, and package carry-out or delivery.
