Job summary

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their service needs.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Address customer issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on requests and questions.
• Introduce clients to available services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.
