Job summary

Brobston Group is hiring a Seasonal Selling Associate in San Antonio, TX to deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. You will welcome clients, connect them with the right associates, and assist across departments as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, supporting POS transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations pickups, and fitting room experiences. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and opportunities to upsell services

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with associates who can meet their needs.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations pickups, and fitting room experiences.
• Follow up on client requests and connect escalated issues with a manager.
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, and package delivery or carry-out.
