Job summary

TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate in Los Angeles to deliver a world-class client experience and drive sales within a luxury lifestyle context. This role emphasizes relationship building, brand advocacy, and achieving store KPIs through exceptional service.

The ideal candidate brings passion for luxury products, strong client service, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts boxes up to 30 pounds, and uses a ladder.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence; take responsibility for performance.
• Foster coaching through feedback to store team and uphold company values.
• Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and adaptability to audience.
• Ensure payroll accuracy through timecards and meet deadlines; adhere to policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
