TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to join our Retail team and deliver an exceptional client experience reflecting the brand ethos while building lasting relationships and driving sales.

The role requires passion for luxury markets, strong service mindset, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays, with opportunities for growth as we elevate client awareness, service, and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail staff stand, move, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Lead by example with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Foster teamwork and provide constructive feedback to the store team.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure payroll accuracy through timecard management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
