Job summary

TUMI's Luxury Retail team in Los Angeles is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to create a premium client experience while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate embraces luxury lifestyle, demonstrates sales success, works collaboratively with the store team, and is available for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed. This role emphasizes visual standards and growth opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and passion for luxury lifestyle and clients.
• Value collaboration and openness to feedback.
• Retail role involves standing, moving, lifting up to 30 pounds, and using a ladder.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Lead by example with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data capture).
• Provide world-class service to deliver a premium client experience.
• Foster teamwork and coach peers to improve performance.
• Communicate clearly and adapt style to the audience.
• Ensure payroll/timecard accuracy and adhere to policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to deliver a superior client experience.
