TUMI is hiring a Holiday Sales Associate to join our Retail team. You will create an exceptional client experience, reflect the brand ethos, and build strong client relationships while driving sales through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
• Take responsibility for performance.
• Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Demonstrate organizational core values.
• Demonstrate an openness to new ideas and concepts while quickly learning and applying to the job.
• Exercise strong verbal and written skills and collaborate effectively with others.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives, incl. cleanliness standards.
