The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Kettle Coordinator to lead a team of employees and volunteers in the annual Christmas kettle campaign. You will oversee site permissions, kettle placement, driver coordination, and the distribution of kettle equipment to ensure smooth operations across locations.

You will manage schedules, verify data for workers and sites, handle weekly payroll with the corps bookkeeper, and report issues to leadership.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Background checks: a background check will be reviewed.
• Experience with volunteers and event coordination is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Visit kettle sites before the season to secure permissions.
• Place kettles at approved locations by October deadline.
• Interview kettle workers and assist with applications.
• Coordinate kettle sites and workers to raise funds.
• Ensure kettles, bells and aprons are secured and maintained.
• Coordinate data entry and payroll-related tasks for workers.
