Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during peak seasons.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock merchandise and ensure products are presented on the selling floor.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
